The KYC process explained

Get verified in just a few easy steps and start your data extraction journey with SOAX.

Identity verification

We’ll confirm your identity and that you’re at least 18 years old. You’ll also need a valid government-issued ID.

Compliance assessment

We’ll run a compliance check and be in touch if we need more information. This usually doesn’t take very long.

Approval

Once you’re approved, you'll have full access to our range of data collection tools via the dashboard.

We take data security extremely seriously. We’re in the process of acquiring the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, two of the most rigorous security and compliance frameworks. KYC applies to all customers, with no exceptions. The policy covers both new and existing customers.
We reserve the right to deny or withdraw our services if we deem that a customer does not meet our strict legal and ethical guidelines, or has breached our terms and conditions.
Use of our services for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
All data collected as part of our KYC procedure is kept safe and private, in accordance with our privacy policy.
